Morten Henriksen

Morten Henriksen combines legal expertise with commercial insight in his day-to-day advice to businesses and owners across a wide range of industries. He primarily works with commercial contracts, corporate law and transactions.

He advises clients on the negotiation, drafting and performance of various types of commercial agreements relating to purchases, sales, leases, distribution arrangements, joint ventures and other forms of commercial cooperation. He also assists with due diligence reviews, capital increases, business sales and acquisitions, including the negotiation and drafting of investment agreements, share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements, as well as general corporate and contract law matters.

Morten holds a Master of Laws from the University of Tromsø and an LL.M. in International Maritime Law from Swansea University.
