Linn Birgitte Eliassen

Linn Birgitte Eliassen is an Associate at Advokatfirmaet Østgård, with particular expertise in real estate law, public procurement, employment law and contract law.

Linn graduated with a Master of Laws in 2022. After completing her studies, she joined the municipal sector, where she worked with real estate matters and public procurement at Sør-Varanger Municipality. This experience has given her a practical and solution-oriented approach to complex legal matters, as well as a strong understanding of the particular challenges faced by both private and public sector clients. Before joining Advokatfirmaet Østgård in January 2026, Linn was an Associate at Frost Advokatfirma.

Linn gained substantial legal experience while still a student. Among other roles, she worked at the Office of the County Governor of Troms and Finnmark and served as both a caseworker and team leader at Jusshjelpa i Nord-Norge, a student-run legal aid organisation. During her work at Jusshjelpa, she developed a particular interest in employment law.
