Johannes Karel Nilsen

Johannes Karel Nilsen graduated from the University of Tromsø in 2022. During his studies, he worked as a caseworker at Gatejuristen, a legal aid organisation.

He previously worked as a Legal Adviser in the Dispute Resolution Department of the Norwegian Consumer Authority, where he acted as a mediator in a large number of consumer sales disputes. As an Associate at BAARD Advokatfirma AS, he further developed his expertise in contract law and real estate law, including cases concerning defects under the Norwegian Alienation Act and general construction law matters.

Johannes also advises clients on employment law and has solid experience in strategic advice and dispute resolution, including matters relating to the termination of employment.
