Jan Halstein Haugnes primarily advises business clients on commercial matters and transactions and also has experience from senior management positions in the private sector. He has held senior positions in the banking industry for several years and, in addition to his legal expertise, has extensive experience in financing, corporate finance and commercial matters.
In addition to corporate transactions, Haugnes advises on and handles real estate transactions. He also holds the required professional indemnity insurance for real estate brokerage activities.
Haugnes has extensive experience from a number of current and former board positions. He also holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has completed higher education in business administration and accounting.
He is appointed as a permanent bankruptcy trustee by the Nord-Troms and Senja District Court and also advises clients facing potential insolvency and/or restructuring.
